Anri Pension House

Nice place Affordable Clean as what you see but the thing is when I stayed their for one night the towels looks like it is already used with pink stains I guess its lipstick and yellowish stains. Also the beddings have small hairs like hairs of mans legs. When I was trying to sleep the blanket was so itchy. Please do something about this.

Stayed there 3 times and I would definitely stay there again. What I like about this pension house is the early check-in without charge (as long as there's an available room). I was tired from an 8-hour trip and was looking for a place to sleep and shower. Called the front desk to ask if there was any single room available and if I could check-in early. Luckily, there was an available room and they allowed me to check-in without additional fees. One downside is the alley going to the pension house is full of bumps and puddles but I guess that's not their fault. Another thing I like about this place is its proximity to IT Park which basically has EVERYTHING you need; mall, grocery, fast food, coffee, milk tea, pharmacy, street food, convenience store, karenderia, you name it and it can be found somewhere nearby. It can also be easily located by Grab and Angkas so that's another plus. There's a terminal inside IT park for buses and e-jeeps which is also convenient if you want to save on transportation. Just one thing I want to mention though...if you are claustrophobic or don't like rooms without windows, this might not be for you. This establishment is like sandwiched between two other buildings that's probably why there are no windows. But if you are simply looking for an affordable place to sleep and shower, then I highly recommend this place.

This place is perfect if you want to explore the Queen City of the South on a budget. It is a 4 storey building located at Brgy Apas/Lahug super near the IT Park. Very accessible to public transpo, fast food, convenience stores and Ayala Mall. Affordable rooms with aircon, tv and hot shower starts at 750/night. Just take note that the building doesn't have an elevator. I got a single standard room ate the 3rd floor.

Located just 300+ meters away from Teleperformace Building in IT Park, Cebu City, Anri Pension House offers budget friendly rooms perfect for those travelers who want to stay near IT. I got the single standard room. The room is enough for one, one thing I experienced the water pressure in my room was slow. The room was clean.

stayed at this place for five (5) days and nights [P850/night]. rooms have functioning aircon and shower. for those with asthma, rhinitis and the like, be prepared for possible dusty bedsheets. location is great because 711 is very accessible and IT Park is just around the corner. front desk and security guard were very accommodating.
